Weigh in: week twenty.

Hello everybody! I weighed in this morning and lost 0.4 pounds and that makes me 61.2. This week went by fast,  was studying and taking test but from June 3rd-7th will be my last week of school and then it will be summer time. My goal is to at least lose about 20 pounds this summer so I will be in the 80's before school starts back. I hope everybody has a good day! (:

Weigh in: week nineteen.

I weighed in this morning and lost 1.2 pounds which makes me 60.8 pounds lighter as of today! Even though it is just a pound it finally got me into the sixties which I am very happy about! Next stop, 75!

Weigh in: week eighteen.

I weighed in this morning and I lost 2.2 pounds. So that makes me 59.6 pounds lighter! I am so close to 60 but I'm proud of myself because I lost two pounds while I was on vacation because I just got back on Sunday. I hope everybody is having a good day! (:

My vacation weekend!

I went to a waterpark from Friday to Sunday, I went with my family. On the way up we got Chick-fil-a, I got a spicy chicken sandwich and a fruit cup and they rest of the night I ran up stairs to ride rides, swam in the wave pool and I had lots of fun. They bought Pizza that night and I was a little nervous but they got a Pizza with garlic and spinach. I ate that instead pizza with pepperoni and bacon. Saturday morning, they got doughnuts and I brought Cheerios and ate that for breakfast. We stayed in the Waterpark to 9am to 1pm. The adults left and I had three crazy kids left with me and I had to figure out something to do with them. There was a arcade and a bowling alley in our hotel, we played, ran around and when I was on the way to the  room, they had face painting and they all got their face painted. 
And then we went up to our hotel room and we all took a nap. Later that night we went to the restaurant that was in our hotel. Me and my mom got a burger and sweet potato fries and shared it. That night we went from 7pm to 9pm at the Waterpark. We woke up the next morning and I ate Cheerios again for breakfast and stayed in the waterpark from 9am to 12pm. We stopped at a restaurant and they didn't have a lot of healthy options and I got burger and fries and after I ate it, it felt like I use to when I ate bad. Extremely full and just feeling crappy. I was mad at myself after I was done eating and I don't like feeling like that. I want to eat something for nutrition and help me curb my hunger and not make me feel bad. Tomorrow is a new day and I can start all over again! Now I know I don't ever want to feel like that anymore but I hope everybody had a good weekend and has a awesome Mother's Day as well!

Weigh in: week seventeen.

I weighed in this morning and lost 2.2 pounds so that makes me 57.4 pounds lighter. I am eighteen pounds away from 75 pounds and when I lose 75 pounds, I have 75 pounds left to go. I'm excited! I hope everybody else is having a good and health filled day! (:

My day. (5/6/13)

Today, I went to school and the moment happen.. When one of my friends asked me if I had lost weight. I dream about it every time I workout or say "no" to a non-healthy food or stop myself to overeating and I had just got back to the bathroom and walked into class and one of my friends said "You look so pretty today Allie, I just can't get over how pretty you look" I was getting ready to say thanks and she says "Have you lost weight?", a billion things crossed through my mind and I got tongue tied and I said "uhh.............uhh....... yeah....." But inside I was thinking "YES! I have lost and you noticed! Thank you, you beautiful creature!" and she says "Oh, well you just look really good" My family are the only ones who have noticed and I feel like they only notice because they know I have a different lifestyle but I wish I could have talked to her about it and told her all about it and all I had lost but my brain went all stupid but I'll tell you about what I had ate and my workouts in my pictures on LoseIt. Smoothie recipe!

I love smoothies and I tried many times for them to taste amazing but this recipe was naturally sweeten and had lots of protein and fiber! I thought I would share the recipe with everyone.
