Update!

From when I got home, I did kind of a cheat week. I mean I didn't eat awful but I didn't count my calories, weigh in or exercise but I started back today and it felt so good!!! I had to babysit one of my cousins today and he watched some TV while I did some stretches on Wii Fit and then I walked for a mile around my house  with my cousin. I said we went on a princess/knight walk and we had to go to our castle  and he had to protect me. (That's the only way I knew he would walk with me. Haha) and then after I ate dinner, I went walking with my mom for two miles. 

This is what had ate today.
