Weigh in and what I am doing!

I lost four pounds and that makes me 32 pounds lighter! I have lost 32 pounds in 8 weeks and I have ate just about anything I want, I'm just counting my calories and I have excerised a little. I don't do this stuff everyday, this is probably through out a whole week. I play Wii Fit and do games on there usually bike riding and walking. I play Just Dance and Dance Central. Me and My Mom have walked at the track a little but that's just about all I have done and it's helping me lose and I don't go over 1,550 calories. That's my daily budget and most of the time, I'm usually under and I don't know if people even get on this blog but I have been busy this week and I didn't do lunch this week and I didn't take pictures either but if you are upset about not seeing my lunch, I am sorry. Maybe next week! (:

Lunch for week seven.

I am doing a bad job at this blog thing,I have school, babysitting, making meals and excerise on top of all that and I said in the beginning I wanted to do a app of the month and now February is already over and I forgot to take a pictures of days, I forgot to take a picture Wednesday and Friday but I'm doing the best I can do! Haha, I hope everybody is having a good week and is staying healthy and happy and I changed Thursday around and took away the granola bar and made dip and ate cereal too.

Week seven: weigh in! 2 more pounds till 30

I lost four pounds and that is just what I wanted to lose! Now I am 28 pounds lighter! Two more pounds away from 30 and I got sick on Saturday and haven't felt good but I decided I wanted to workout and I did and it payed off! I am so excited! I hope everybody else is having a good week!

 I put I was going to have breakfast for lunch on Friday but we made Pizza for dinner on Thursday and we had leftovers.
Pizza: I think it was 360?
 Choclate covered Strawberry: 30
Greek Yogurt: 100

Weigh in: Valentine surprise (week six)

I lost 2.1 pounds this week. I am 24 pounds lighter today and I got some skinny cow candy, chocolate covered strawberries, a card, and some perfume from my parents. I hope everybody has a wonderful valentine's day!

Weigh in week five.

I am 22 pounds lighter today! That means I lost 5.6 pounds and I needed to lose just 4 to hit 20. So now that I hit 20, I have a goal for each milestone and I wanted to get my hair done but I think I might wait but then again I might not. Not sure what I want to do. I need new perfume and always could use an IPhone case and I want a dog but I'll just have to see. I'll guess I'll have to think about it and also I am getting my drivers license today so I will be legal! It looks like today will be a good day.

I took this picture of me last night before I worked out. I can't tell a difference but maybe after I hit 50 or 60 I can.

My lunch for the week.

I thought I would point out that I am a teenager and I am don't want to pack a salad or a piece of fish to lunch. I pack my lunch for me and I just wanted to share my ideas. I try to pack my lunch so that other people don't know I am on a diet and I try to pack my lunches all under 500 because I saw that is what makes me full and that I have enough calories for my lunch. You can alter your lunches to whatever you would like. I am just thought I would share my ideas. I hope everybody has a great day and here is my lunch for the week.

How I spent my super bowl.

Some of my family came up and me and my mom made some food!

Potato skins
Which was about 40 calories for either 2 or 3.
Depending on size.

 
That is what me and my mom made.
We also had Ribs, Turkey Legs, Mac and Cheese, and Chips & Salsa.
 
I had two potatoes, one rib, had a little bit of turkey meat and I ate a little bit of Salsa and a piece of cake.
We looked up the calories on the ribs and Turkey Legs online but it was so hard to find them and they added sauce and other stuff that was hard to count up but I guess you could say it was kinda like a cheat day but I didn't go overboard and I was proud we also made such yummy things that was so low calorie. (:
 
 
For the honey bun cake, it calls for Sour cream but we didn't have sour cream and used Greek Yogurt and it actually took away a lot of calories so our verison was actually lower.

Lunch last week.

I was really fighting with myself wondering if I should even put my lunches on because I only have two pictures and I didn't have school Thursday or Friday but I thought these two lunches were very yummy and low calorie for the amount I ate. So here they are. Nothing over 500 calories.

Monday I packed A Chicken Sandwich,Grapes, Strawberries, and Pringles.
Chicken Sandwich: 320. It was a lightly breaded chicken(190) with cheese (30) and the bun (100)
I had half a cup of grapes and six strawberries, cut.75 for all the fruit.
and I had ten pringles for 100 calories.
495 calories.

 
I made the pizza homemade. I used half of pizza crust, 1/3 of pizza sauce, 1/4 cup of cheese, and banana peppers and turkey pepperoni. 242 calories.
I tried those Fiber one Protein bars for the first time and they taste just like a candy bar, they are amazing. they are 130 calories.
I packed 10 buffalo wing pretzel crisps. 110 calories.
492 calories.
 
 
I wish I had more pictures but I forgot Wednesday and didn't have school Thursday or Friday but I hope you thought they looked delicious (because they sure tasted it) and I hope it gives you some inspiration to make yourself a healthy lunch.

Super Bowl: What to and not eat to stick to your New Year's resoultion!


Dips, Chips, Wings, OH MY! It's almost super bowl time!
The Super bowl is coming up and I thought I would do a verison of Eat this, Not that.
My dad is a football coach and we always go all out for the super bowl and make all kinds of yummy food and you just keeping snacking on and snacking on, Nachos, Chicken Wings, and then you would eat a couple of burgers and eat even more of those finger foods but even without you noticing it, you have eat THOUSANDS of calories. My whole family is on a weight loss journey and we like to snack and we don't want to be eating a rice cake and cheering on a team or laughing at all the funny comericals on so I thought I would find stuff we could make and share it with you all! I hope you enjoy these and I hope you have an awesome super bowl Sunday!

   I love spicy food and who doesn't like chicken? So chicken wings are perfect for a finger food but if you are anything like me, you think chicken is good for you, I can eat as many as these as I want!

If you are looking for a spicy/buffalo style taste, then this is it
But if you also want the protein, you can grill your own chicken wings and put Frank's Red Hot on it.

This I think I might actually make for an appetizer, These look awesome!

The Chips and Salsa you get at Applebee's are awesome and every time we go and get them
I think this has changed my mind..

Applebee's Chips and Salsa is 990 calories and 53 grams of FAT!

These are the chips I buy at my house and 24 of those are plenty for me.
Salsa is usually 10 calories for 2 Tbps and Greek Yogurt has lots of protein.
Greek Yogurt is rather bitter and taste more like sour cream.
So if you take Salsa and Greek Yogurt, Tada. You made a dip.

Now I'm going to tell you one of my weakness. It is two words.
Jalapeno poppers!  
I would give up my unborn child before I would give up some of those.
The only thing that gives them a bad name is deep frying them.
I found this recipe and I have actually made these, and they were to die for!

They were the best 61 calories I ever spent.

I'm not a big pickle fan but when they are deep fried and with a yummy dipping sauce then I'm your girl.
but of course, just about anything deep fried isn't good for you so I found a recipe. (: 
She doesn't have the calories but I wouldn't think they was very high and if you make them you could figure them out.
 
 
What's another food that when you are on a diet that you think would be impossible to eat a healthy verison of?
Cheese fries.
You can get an order at Outback Steakhouse for the price of  2,132 calories.
(They do look delicious though...)
You could share it with six people for 356 calories a serving
 
OR
 
You could make these Skinny Texas Cheese Fries
It makes two servings.
So you could eat one serving for 259 calories
They also look a little better then then the Outback ones.
 
 
 

Cheese Sticks!

Who doesn't like a crispy, cheesy, deep fried stick of yummy goodness?!?!
 
You could have cheese sticks at Chili's for 1,210 calories.

The think is that you can eat just about anything you want, just small amounts or count your calories!
 
And I know that are some people on the Super Bowl that just doesn't have time to cook, What you need is to find a healthy alternative in a frozen food and here is what I suggest.
 

 
All of the Alexia Foods are low calorie.
You can have five spicy potato bites for 220.
and they also have Onion rings, Sweet potato fries, Breads.
