Weigh in today.

I lost a 1.2 pounds, I wish I lost more but I'm still happy I lost and it's because this week was kinda crazy and I haven't been able to workout so I will do some more next week and hopefully I can get to 20 so I can get my hair done! (:

Noodle pie face punch?!?!

Today, my first block is Life Planning (which we cook a lot) So today they had Biscuits, Gravy, Hashbrowns, Bacon, and Eggs. I had already ate breakfast and wasn't really hungry but I'm one of those people that if I have food in front of me, no matter what my stomach says I'll eat it. So I ate half of a granola bar and drank a bottle of water and it was all good and It was my Dad's birthday so I had a heathified Peanut butter pie (Will put recipe at bottom and I had some and it was very delicious)  waiting at my house, I was looking forward to that so I had a pretty good day! I learned a lesson today: Mind over matter and you can achieve anything! (:

The title had nothing to do with this post, it was just the first thing that popped into my little fairy head.

Lunches.

This was my lunch for the week, I totally forgot to take a picture of Monday's and I didn't have school Friday.
                                                                      


Tuesday
Pizza Lean Pocket: 280 cal
Pringles: 10 for 100 cal
Applesauce: 90 cal
470 calories.
Wednesday
Grilled Chicken Jalapeno Cheddar Lean Pocket: 270 cal
Pretzels: 110
Apple: 95 cal
475 Calories.
 
 
Breakfast for lunch!
Jimmy D's French Toast Sandwich: 240 cal
Yogurt: 50 Cal
Oranges: 70 Cal
Banana: 107 Cal
467 Calories.
It was good to have breakfast for an option for lunch and it was alot of food!
 
I just realized after I put these up that they are very boring lunches, so I am going to make them exciting starting next week!

Week three.

I lost 4 pounds, so that is making me 15 pounds lighter today! I am 5 pounds away from 20 pounds and when I get to 20 pounds I will get my hair done. I like to make myself goals so I reward myself after I hit it. I want to get my bangs like the two on the right side and I want to get highlights like the one on the left.

Monday is Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese. I couldn't put that on the list because there wasn't enough room.

My Lunch this week.

I didn't have school Monday or Friday but this is what my lunch I had Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

 499 Calories.
Those Mini Corn Dogs were so moist and tasted just like one! 
Mini Corn Dogs, Yogurt, and a Banana.  
 
 
470 Calories
Those Lean pockets are to die for
and I know I said I was going to have yogurt but since I had it Monday I decided to have the applesauce and it's only 40 calories more.
 
 
 
I changed this one up as well
Barbecue chicken pizza, Granola Bites, VitaMuffin, and an Apple.
225cal for Pizza, 95cal for Apple, 108cal for (2) Granola bites, 67cal for VitaMuffin.
495 calories. I thought this was a huge amount of food for under 500 calories.
I was really proud of myself for this one.
I put 2tbps of Barbecue sauce which was 50cal, Banana peppers, Jalapeno peppers, chicken and cheese. It was yummy!
 
 
Recipes:
Granola Bites: Instead of using just peanut butter, we used PB2 (powered peanut butter) which made it lower in calories.

Week two. (:

I weighed in today and lost 3.6 pounds! So far I have lost 11.2 pounds in two weeks and I made a smoothie for my mom and myself this morning and it was so yummy and also school gets out at 11 because its going to snow, so today had been a pretty good day! I hope everybody is having a good day too! (:

My lunch for the week.

This is my lunch for the week, I didn't have school Monday but I will take pictures of my lunch for the week and put them on here. I try not to go over 500 calories for my lunch. I hope you guys enjoy this!

684 calories?!?!

I didn't have school today so I played Just Dance for 40 minutes and it was sure a workout and my Lose It! App said that 40 minutes of dancing is 684 calroies burned. If that is true then I am very happy. I love to workout when it doesn't feel like a workout and it just feels like fun! On Sunday, I rode bikes and walked a mile with my mom and cousins and it said I burned 458 calories. I feel like you need ice cold water and a good playlist of music to workout and listening to music just makes the time fly. My favorite workout shorts (I got from Old Navy) doesn't have pockets so I have to put my phone in  my bra but last night I ordered a arm band to put your phone in. I hope it stays in and doesn't get annoying on my arm, I'm excited for it to come in! Well I hope everybody has a good day and is making right decisons when eating.

Apps of the month!

Hello everybody! I have put lots of new things on here and I am wanting to start to do App of the month! I try an app out and tell you if you should get it or not! I will mostly do health/exercise/or weight loss related apps but if I find something really cool I will put it on here but I'll get started and try this out and say that my favorite one is the Lose it! App. It is plain awesome. My Mom and Dad both use it! It is available for Android or IPhone. It has a barcode scanner to scan food and it usually always finds it! You can track protein, fat, carbs and more! Add all the food you eat and even you can add recipes and you don't have to have a network connection (like Wifi or Service) Log your excerise, get reminded when you haven't add a meal and It's free and no annoying advertisements and you can start changllengs with people and I have my mom and dad on there and you can see how many calroies they eat and how much weight they want or have lost. It's great! I don't know why anybody wouldn't get it?!?! Mention to me some apps you would like me to try and I'll try them and I hope you found this helpful! Love you guys! (:

Myself.

            Hello everybody! My name is Allie. I am sixteen years old, I have the great friends and a great family, my life is perfect except for one thing, my weight. I am a very happy person but I am the fat friend, I am always the one who eats the most in the group or all your skinny friends say when they didn't finish their food they say "You want the rest of this?" or when you go swimming you are the only one wearing a tshirt or a even a whole bathing suit and everybody else is wearing a bikini or all your friends are going on dates or talking to somebody and your all like "You will always be here for me right, pillow pet?" and when you are the fat one, you ALWAYS feel like somebody is making fun of you or judging you and when one of your skinny friends friends say "Ugh, I'm so fat!" and you are like "If you are fat, then what the heck am I? A humpback whale?!?!" It's so not fun being the fat one and I have been dealing with it for my whole life!
           I was a picky kid, growing up so my parents would just give into any food I wanted it but I now I eat just about any food, I love trying new food but I really didn't realize I was over weight until I was about seven years old, I weighed 130 pounds when I was seven years old! About that same time, my papaw would pick me up after school and buy me a kids meal or slice of pizza or make me some kind of food and then my mom would pick me up and I would have dinner. So I was having breakfast, lunch, the meal before dinner, dinner, and probably some dessert. I am not blaming this on anybody, my papaw didn't know and my mom didn't. It's nobody's fault but mine and I knew it was going on but I was loving it! I am a foodie! I love food so much more then people half the time. I don't use it as a substitute for sadness or anything, I just love the feeling I get when I eat and how it makes me feel like Jenelle from Teen Mom talks about how much she loves smoking weed! It is an addiction and I will admit it, I have a problem. That is the first step of trying to lose weight, admitting to yourself you have a problem. It's harder then people think, when you are on a diet and watching somebody eating a juicy, bacon cheeseburger is like someone smoking a joint right in front of you when you are trying to quit. IT'S HARD.
           I started my weight loss journey with my father and my mother and losing weight with me. We started January 3rd, 2013. So far it's been a week and a day and I have lost 7.6 pounds. I want to lose about 150 pounds. I made this blog because I thought their is bound to be another teenager my age wanting a blog to relate to me because I love following blogs but when I am following somebody that is in there 20's or 30's, I don't feel like I can relate to them as much. I will try to post on here as much as possible and put new stuff I think my followers will be interested in and I love cooking so if you want me to make something, I will cook it and figure out calories for it and I will put my workouts and stuff I find other teens will find interesting. I will post things I make and also I am going to put my lunch I pack the week for school so that others can have ideas. I will always motive others and you can tell me about your weight loss or if you are trying to lose weight, I would love to hear about them! I am always here if anybody needs anything.
