I'm back!!! :D

Hello everybody! 
Welcome to a new year, I haven't been on here since 2013 and unfourantly, the 78 pounds that I lost, I gained 36 of it back but I started back today with my parents and my aunt, uncle, and cousin and we are competing for 200 dollars and at the end to see who will lose the most percentage wise. I think this will be very fun and a very easy 200 dollars! ;) 
Hahaha, but I'm glad to start back again and to lose some more before I have prom and summer coming up. Even though I have had a few bumps and minor set backs, that's not gonna stop me from what I want so like I said again, I'm back!!!!!

Updated Motivation Page.

Hey guys! I haven't been on here basically because one week I'll eat healthy and work out and the next week I'll do awful but I've now come to realization that I'm never going to go back to the way I was or the weight I was, I don't want to be that unhappy again. I want to be myself and if I keep going back to my old ways, I will always be the same. I have prom in the summer and I have around 70 pounds before I get to my goal weight so I know it would be pretty impossible to lose 70 at this point till April or May so I want to lose around 40 before Prom because it would be almost 120. So today, I've 100% started back on track and not going back. I put more motivation pictures on the Motivation page because I needed motivation. and I feel like other people needs some motivation as well. So i will be posting more on here. Starting over!

Hey everybody! 
I haven't posted much lately and kinda has been because I've not been tracking what I am eating or exerciseing like I should have been and I gained around five pounds but that doesn't discourage me. It just pushes me to get back in track and so I'm starting back on track TODAY!
 
I've got prom in about 220 days so if I want to find a prom dress and I've got around 70 more pounds to lose, I've got to get in this!

Color Me Rad!

This Saturday I went to a Color Me Rad 5K with my Mom and My cousin. It was so much fun!! I definitely want to do another one soon and it made me realize that I love jogging/walking and I need to do it more!  When we do 3 miles, it usually takes us 60 minutes but we did it in 45 minutes! That is a improvement for us!

For the past couple weeks, I haven't done very good. I have not been eating right and haven't been exercising like I should be but I'm glad that I did this 5K because it made me realize that I like being active and that I have to stick to this! I have 72 pounds left before I get to my goal weight and I want to get to that before I have prom in April. I will have to work my butt off! But I know I can do this! I am back on track and you will be hearing from me more on here!

This week at my school is Homecoming week and I will be doing Powder Puff Football on Wednesday! I'm excited for that! I will put pictures. 

This is a difference of 78 pounds!

What's been going on..

So for the past couple weeks, I haven't been losing any. I think I have hit a plateau at this point. This week I have not ate good but I realize that even if I do bad, I can always start over which I will be working out more and going to try to eat to my calories or try and find a balance of how many calories I need to eat because some days I will lower and lose nothing or some days do higher and lose nothing. So I guess I need to find a balance.. 

September 14th, I am doing a Color Me Rad! My mom, my cousin and myself are so excited for it but we will have to do a lot of working out and walking. 
I am not letting this plateau put me down any longer!

When people notice you've lost weight: Amazing!

Hello everybody! 
I forgot to put my weigh in. I weighed in and the first time I weighed in its said I gained three pounds and then I weighed in again and it said I gained just one pound so who knows what happens this week. I had ate good and worked out but I have next week and I will see how I do then. I have realized that  losing (almost) 80, that I will have to work harder to lose the rest of the weight. I will have to work my butt a lot harder (I do but I don't work out everyday like I should) 

Today, I was outtown and I saw this girl that I go to school with. She has always been really nice and we started talking about school (which is starting Monday) and just different things and she said "you look like you have lost a lot of weight, have you?" I said "yeah" and she said "how much?" And I told her if I lost 2 more pounds that I will hit 80 pounds. She was just like whoa, I can really tell. On Instagram and Facebook, she always puts about her losing weight so I asked her about hers. She told me that she had lost 40 pounds since January. We talked about all kinds of exercising, and fitness apps too. It was good to talk to somebody (other then family) about losing weight. I stood up to leave and she said "wow, yeah. You have lost all kinds of weight. You look so good" 
One of my aunts (that hadn't seen me before summer) said she could tell and even asked if she could have clothes I couldn't fit into, haha. 
And I went and got my hair cut the other day and the hairdresser told me that I looked so good. 
It feels good for people to finally notice!

Weigh in last week and just my thoughts..

I forgot to post my weigh in. I lost 0.8. So which means I have 2.4 pounds til I hit 80 pounds. I'm so close and hopefully I will hit 80 pounds before school. August 12th is when I go back to school. I really got to kick it up a notch. I have 72 pounds left to hit 150 pounds. On my lose it account, it says that if I lose 2 pounds each week that I will hit my goal on April, 2014. I hope I do because I have prom in April or May. I'm glad I realized that I was unhealthy and overweight. I look at pictures at myself now and I can't believe I ever let myself get that way. I've got some way to go but I know now that since I have hit 77.6 pounds and now I have 72 pounds left to go that I can definitely do it!

Weigh in: week twenty-six.

It's been about two weeks since I had a good weigh in but I weighed in this week and had lost 3.2 pounds. Which makes me 76.8 pounds lighter. I have 74 pounds left to go till I hit my goal weight and I also have 3 pounds till I hit 80 pounds.

Updates!!!

I went to Open gym for volleyball on Thursday and when I first got there, one of the coaches told me to run two laps and then stretch. Which I did with no problem then we started doing all this volleyball stuff and I have never played volleyball and I didn't know how to do any of it. I felt so stupid because everybody else was so good. I'm still not 100% sure I will play or not. But we had to run laps and I am usually the last person and there was about two people behind me. After open gym, I still had energy so then I went and walked for 50 minutes at the walking track. 
Friday, I went to a concert for Hunter Hayes and The Henningsens. 
That is what I wore.

And I actually got to meet The Henningsens. It was so awesome. 

And there is Hunter Hayes. He was a great performer. 

I've got to lose 2.1 pounds each week for the next three weeks if I want to get to 80 pounds before school starts back. I would be working my butt off in the day but I have to babysit Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So all my working out will be in the evening. Which sucks. I want to work out as much as possible but I am drinking lots of water. I always lose good when I do.

What's going on this week.

I went walking yesterday an I decided I would jog (which I don't jog/run in public because I feel like people are thinking "what is that fat person doing?") but I decided to do it and I did a mile under 16 minutes. That's probably the fastest I have ever done a mile. 
I want to lose 80 pounds before school starts back. I have four weeks to lose 6.4 pounds. It will be hard but I know I can do it. I have a weigh in tomorrow, I didn't weigh in last week. I'm not for sure what it will be, maybe like 2 pounds. 
Tomorrow, I'm going to open gym for Volleyball tomorrow. I hope that I will like Volleyball and I'll play. I think it would be good for me. More opportunities to exercise and I get play with my friends. I just afraid I'll go and not play good enough and I won't make the team or I'll look weak to everybody.

Update!

From when I got home, I did kind of a cheat week. I mean I didn't eat awful but I didn't count my calories, weigh in or exercise but I started back today and it felt so good!!! I had to babysit one of my cousins today and he watched some TV while I did some stretches on Wii Fit and then I walked for a mile around my house  with my cousin. I said we went on a princess/knight walk and we had to go to our castle  and he had to protect me. (That's the only way I knew he would walk with me. Haha) and then after I ate dinner, I went walking with my mom for two miles.

Update: I'm home!

I got home yesterday and on Saturday I went to Hershey park. Sunday and Monday I didn't eat the greatest.. Sunday  I went to Chocolate world and didn't go overboard on chocolate but I did have some and we ate out three times on Sunday and I ate out just one time on Monday but I snacked all day and not healthy things. I have done really good so far (I lost 8.8 pounds while I stayed with my aunt) and I'm not going back. I'm so close to 75! So I'm starting over today and I hope the scale at my house is around the same as what my aunts was.

Weigh in: week twenty-four and update.

I weighed in this morning and I lost 2.6 pounds. Which makes me 73.6 pounds lighter! So close to 75! 
Happy Fourth of July! I am probably going to the beach. Don't know what else we might go do.  They don't do fireworks on Fourth of July in connecticut around here. We might go out and eat but then tomorrow I am leaving for hershey park for Saturday! I am so excited. I have never been to Hershey park. I hope everybody has a safe Fourth of July and a good weekend! (:
